Before we talk about the song, let's educate us a bit on the meaning of the title. Tsumi is a Japanese word that indicates the violation of legal, social or religious rules. It is most often used in the religious and moral sense. You, whoever is reading this, can take that definition and approach the song however you naturally do. We're not going to dissect the lyrics, that part is too personal.

Celest released a brand new single today “Tsumi”. It’s a dreamy odyssey that escalates to a satisfying climax. Most bands play it safe with their sophomore releases, but Celest is a band that doesn't hold back from sailing into the unknown corners of the universe in search of more attributes for their signature sound.

Tsumi makes even more sense right now, we all need this song right to distract us from these strange times we are all living today.
